Expert Choice White Belt
Designed for participants in a decision, the White Belt is our basic starting point. It provides a brief overview of the AHP methodology and Expert Choice technology, and then engages the audience in how to participate in a decision. From participating in a strategy session using wireless voting keypads to evaluating a portfolio of projects on the Comparion portal, the Expert Choice White Belt will bring your team up to speed on the range of possible ways to collaborate on important decisions.

Expert Choice Green Belt
Designed for the decision practitioner and portfolio manager, the Expert Choice Green Belt is the leading decision training course available today. It leverages years of expertise gleaned from real-world consulting engagements and packs it into three engaging and challenging days of learning. The Expert Choice Green Belt course includes a variety of individual, small team and large group exercises, and challenges you to get up in front of your peers to facilitate them through a decision.

Designed for serious facilitators and decision-makers, this course builds upon the Expert Choice Green Belt course and will deepen your knowledge of decision modeling best practices for key decision types. This course includes extensive knowledge transfer for project portfolios and budgeting, risk and forecasting, performance management, and complex choice decisions. You will engage in live modeling and facilitation exercises where you will be evaluated by your trainers and peers. Additionally, you will have extensive access to our top consultants to help you work through and model real decision challenges that you face.
